I like the customer care from the front office lady I met,the room is clean and the location is in good environment were you can access many restaurants and other needs

The washing tap in room 3015 birth room need to be fixed and the drainage system , there's no signage for Qibla to pray ,put it under consideration thank you.

Hotel is quite my room are clean houskeeping ontime when needed, and the receptionist is very friendly they treat us family, specially that pretty woman name Noormina, she is very smilly approachable.
