The hotel seems quite new. It was very clean, is centrally located and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fine, but could have used more western options.

The WiFi was pretty weak. The lock on my door was broken and the hotel was not able to fix it during my time there.

"Very cosy hotel with large rooms with views to the mountain. The staff is friendly and very helpful"

Food: they made gluten free pancakes for me. Fresh fruit changes every day. Other foods are available upon request, like eggs, cheese or honey. Dinner was good. Spa: the hot stone massage I booked was excellent! Service: very kind staff. They accompanied my to the near ATM and were happy to accommodate my requests.
