the food in the restaurant was really good

this is the first time I’ve heard of mineral cold water…. the pools were freezing. The (healing) water was the purpose of the trip and unfortunately we left after our first night. For a hotel with 4 stars it’s unacceptable to not have towels and slippers in the room.

"Good value for the money"

Comfortable bed, very good food at the restaurant, extremely friendly staff, easy to find. We were in the winter season, so we haven't used the roof spa option. The massage is definitely sport, not relaxed nevertheless what you've ordered :)

The hotel wasn't full but they accommodated us right above the restaurant and we had to wait for the band to finish up to 1a.m. to fall asleep. I missed the relax zone in the spa and/or a lobby.
