"Don't know who is at fault, Sunburst Condos or Booking.com, but I would not book at Sunburst."

They did not have our booking. It was confirmed through Booking.com and we did not get the condo. Arrived after check-in on Saturday (on a holiday weekend) and they did not have our place. One room left in the entire town and at that late a date it cost more than our original reservation. Tiny room.
