Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl - Qatar

Outstanding resort, pure Four Seasons quality. Exceptionally clean and very spacious apartment. Great food, friendly and fantastic service all around the resort. We really enjoyed our week at this resort, and our kids loved it too. Chicago Rate restaurant located on site was one of the highlights. Great food and service. Thank you so much, we are definitely going to come back!

Worst residents management. bureaucratic and never keeps it promises. what said one employee doesn't match with other employees. No prover communication!

My stay at the Four Seasons was truly a memorable one. Although it was a short visit, every moment was worth it. As a hotelier myself, I was deeply impressed by the attention to detail and the genuine warmth that define the Four Seasons experience. From the delicious welcome amenities and the thoughtful note on the welcome card to the friendly, family-like atmosphere throughout the property, everything reflected exceptional hospitality. The pool team was organized, attentive, and made sure every guest felt cared for. The concierge, valet, and bellman teams were all extremely professional and made every arrival and departure seamless and pleasant. A special thanks to Khadija at the reception for her cheerful assistance, and to Hamza at Nicolas for his warm attitude and cheerful smile they truly embodied the spirit of Four Seasons hospitality and made my experience even more special. I would also like to recognize the housekeeping team for their outstanding turndown service. Every detail in the room was perfectly cared for and organized, and they ensured that all my requests were fulfilled seamlessly.

It was my first time at this property in Doha, having been in the city many times, and wanted to stay here to check this new Four Seasons out. Excellent service, amenities, and most importantly staff. My business schedule meant that my needs changed constantly and they handled this in an excellent manner (Jean Paul at front desk was particularly helpful), and my partner that came along to my business trip loved the service and the beach side - she did not want to leave. When it comes to the hard product, this is also excellent, with smallest rooms (apartments) a 105 sqm 1 bedroom apartment, nicely appointed. Pearl is a high end residential location in Doha, so this property is more quite and calmer vs the in city property (which is better suited for business trips). Next time we are in Doha, and have some time to relax and rest, we will come back. Highly reccomended.
