I was robbed

The hotel has a lovely staff and friendly management. However, I encountered an issue during my stay, as my room was not cleaned for the entire four days, despite my repeated requests. This was quite disappointing, but other than that, my experience was satisfactory. Pool needed

Rooms were nice and big, staff was friendly. Overall enjoyable stay.

Property lost power and had no backup generator. People were sleeping with their doors open to the hallway because it was so hot. No water either - water pump so out because of the electricity.

Nice Hotel but they have a ant problem!

The room still had hair in the sink drain, not so nice. I can’t tell if it’s dirty or worn out paint in the room I was in. It had soap but no shampoo, only 1 iron for the whole hotel. The breakfast was not what expected because it said breakfast not sandwiches, they were ok. They ran out of coffee and during the day there was a lot of noise so resting was not an option.
