Golden Sands Holiday Park

Had a great 4 nights with my Mrs and 2 kids. Will definitely return again.

The caravans are all in nice condition. My only complaint would be the caravans are to close together.

Well where do I start.. we turned up on the Thursday.. and the staff couldn’t find our booking.. we was in reception for over an hour while they tried to find the booking.. Then when they finally found the booking we went to our caravan to find we had no tv or mattresses in one of the rooms 😩😩😩. That got sorted.. then we had no heating and the smoke alarm decided to go of in the night on 3 of the nights we stayed!!! So wasn’t the best experience we have ever had!!!

Weather was quite nice considering the time of year. When we arrived the accommodation was lovely and warm The day we left there was no heating or hot water.

It was a very pleasant experience staff were very helpful and the food in the camp pub was excellent. With a lovely welcome gift from yourselves for the dog a .great big thank you

Caravan was, lovely and spacious and very clean.. Had everything that we need provided.. 10 our 10 😁

Accommodation was good, facilities were good, guest services were very helpful and sent maintenance quickly when we had a slight issue with the central heating. Overall good stay would recommend

I hired this van as I was working away Monday to Friday and it was great value for money. Review - Van was really comfortable and clean, came with a welcome pack which was nice. Only complaint was it had a slight smell of dog. Overall would use again but will ask for a non pet friendly caravan.

Caravan was lovely, clean & comfortable. Close to the beach. Lovely dogs walks. ASDA in walking distance.

The caravan site was really great! As im austic i could go into the club with out my passes so i tried to tell the 3 security men outs side ive forgot the passes to get in to the club and i asked if you phoned up to check to see if i was book on this site would have been much easier 3 of them was bullys by picking on me and my kids! When i had to walk off with my kids i know rules are rules with pass but i know i had to return to the caravan to get them i know by the time i would have got there i would have forgot any with all the stress i think the 3 security men were bagged out of order i thick this is discrimination against me i think if one security man explain instead od 3 beening involved i could of explain more but no they were bullies so i went to the pub across the road and over the bridge alot cheaper to then a holiday site the people in the pub were more helpful then 3 kidless security men. Carvan site was great staff were friendly did phoned up out of hours for more towels so we only had 1 and they said we should had some on the Wednesday cos they were getting a delivery in but no didnt have any more cos they were 6 people in the caravan just a good job i took more towels with me
