"Overall we were a bit disappointed"

Comfortable and clean, nice views.

Staff were none existent, all online based which at difficult times proved very inconvenient. Other people struggling with checking in and no one could get through. The kitchen staff are separate company in the building and are usually busy/ refuse to help with anything. The hotel is up a giant hill (which wasn’t advertised), if you don’t have a car or struggle with hiking it is a problem and massive grind to the top.
