Bali Jungle Camping

Prachtig gelegen in de jungle. Leuke ervaring. Lekker ontbijt.

L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel qui nous ont préparé nos repas car nous revenions d’une excursions et notre chauffeur s’est perdu sur la route. Ils ont bien voulu nous préparer à manger malgré que la cuisine aller fermer. Et il n’y a pas grand chose où manger et beaucoup de chose sont fermée à 20h. Par contre nous n’avons pas eu de chance avec le temps et donc nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement des bulles et de la piscine. Si vous souhaitez faire du camping, le logement est fait pour vous sinon vous pouvez oublier car il faut cohabiter avec les araignées, etc. Logique nous sommes en forêt vous allez me dire. On pensait qu’on était pas trop loin de Munduk, mais il y a 1h de route pour voir les points d’intérêt et 1h pour aller à lovina. Et trouver un grand n’est pas simple car si il pleut certain ne voudront pas prendre la route. L’établissement propose des excursions, mais il faut réserver 1j avant. Point positif pour nous, c’est qu’on a fait appel à leurs chauffeurs pour nous déposer à notre logement suivant.

Dommage que la vue des bulles ne soit pas clean (une bulle avait la vue jaunâtre) car ça gâche un peu l’expérience.

Het was fantastisch om midden in de jungle te slapen in een dome. Heerlijk op de hangmat chillen in het zonnetje. Wij hebben de picknick gedaan bij de waterval wat fantastisch was om te zwemmen. In de ochtend ook nog een heerlijke massage en in de avond een echte Balinese kook workshop.

De locatie.

Het is wat veroudert. We konden niets zien door onze tent “ramen”. De handdoeken zijn dun en waren ooit wit.

Insolite à faire mais il faut aimer les bêtes. 1 nuit est suffisante pour l’expérience. La nourriture est très bonne et pas chère. Le personnel est au top.

Malheureusement le temps n’était pas au rendez-vous, on a pas pu profiter correctement et il y avait de l’humidité à cause de la pluie. Il y a aussi beaucoup de bête vu que c’est en bulle.

I loved this place! I have always wanted to try glumping and I took a chance with Bali Jungle Camping. This place was amaizing. You get a gull comfor of the hotel room right there in the jungle. The place was a spotlessly clean. The stuff and the owner were kind and willing to help you. They also sell a local products, like fruits, coffee, tea, etc.

The dome tents with the "hammocks" are great fun. The views into the greenery are lovely, and you can see the stars at night from the domes - and we were visited by a firefly. We used the location as a base for our fantastic hike up Mt Batukaru, and the friendly staff kindly helped organising transport to and from the trailhead + packed lunch. The pool is beautiful and the food in the restaurant is good.

The bathrooms are shabby, and the hot water is tepid. It gets cold at night in the domes, especially when no cloud cover, and we had to pile on clothes to stay warm under the too-thin bed cover/blankets in our two domes. The camp is not really in the jungle, but right on the edge of a village with a chicken farm as its immediate neighbour, which means tonnes of flies.

Un endroit au cœur de la nature dans un hébergement authentique. Personnel très agréable et cuisine délicieuse. Une belle expérience ressourçante..

Le manque de confort dans la salle de bain et la distance avec le parking
