The working on scheduling rooms at last hours. Cleanliness. Staff

Pool closes at 10pm. The pool was supposed to be heated, but was freezing cold. The pre-registration said there was a hot tub in room, but there wasn't, breakfast ran out towards closing time.

Very friendly staff! Room was clean and if we needed anything they had no problem helping us out! Only bad thing was the pool was chilly, not a huge deal, but that was my only complaint.
