Amazing location with stunning views over the huge property. Our room was over the restaurant but it did not bother us at all. The garden is amazing and the pools are perfect. The staff is sooo nice and helpful, they gave us a very detailed information about the late check-in process. We had a very pleasant stay!

It would have been nice to have a bar to have a cold drink or a coffee anytime during the day.

Very nice place, relatively close to lots of attractions like Pisa, Florence, beaches, wineries. Beautiful countryside, nice sweet and savory breakfast (only cold, but enough choice for everyone), endless options for activities nearby. You do need car to travel around, don't even think to spare the costs for a rental car. It is essential to be able to make the most of Tuscany! Room was cleaned daily, polite and helpful staff. Reception was also very helpful (and cheerful 🙂). We didn't have dinner in the restaurant as got home late every day, but it was popular so I'm sure it is nice. Our room was small and there' was not a lot of storage, but it was just enough for us so we didn't mind. And as it was extremely cheap you shouldn't expect the Ritz😉 There's a built in safe with actual key to it so no hassle to set up combination. It was good to be able to store the valuables safely while travelling around. All in all a very good experience, we would love to return!

Just an observation: If you rent the cheap rooms instead of the apartments, as those are above the restaurant, expect to hear the noise dinner and breakfast time. As we were going to bed late the dinner didn't bother us and in the morning at least we always knew that it's time to get up not to miss breakfast😁. If you are light sleeper or want to stay in bed long instead of making the most of Tuscany, it's better to check it on booking with the reception team so there won't be any surprises. But again, it didn't bothered us at all!

A stunning location, convenient to main highways. Quiet - perfect for the first 2 days of our holiday. Gardens were well looked after and maintained with additional facilities, such as barbecue, tennis courts and pool for residents to use. Staff extremely helpful, and the on-site restaurant very professional with a high standard of cuisine.

Only that it was a bit quiet with no residents’ bar…the nearest bar being more like a roadside cafe. Room would have benefitted from more plug sockets…the ones in the room were inaccessible. Room was also a little outdated.

Absolutely a superb place to stay set in beautiful surroundings and beautiful views.
