Staff is always friendly and accommodating

Room was not its usual standard. Sheet had a stain and bathroom was dirty. Peeling furniture and a musty smell in the room. Very disappointing as we have been using this hotel for two years with no issues.

The staff is always friendly and the location is convenient to family.

We have been staying at this Clarion for the past two years (this may have been the last stay). The bathtub was peeling and my husband found a dirty toothbrush in the shower. There was also some kind of stain on the wall above the toilet (it looked gross). The nightstand and mantle had spots where the finish was coming off. Overall it was not the quality we are used to at this hotel. On our last trip down in April we thought the room wasn't as nice as usual but this time it was not good.

Location and friendly staff

My room was clean and staff attended yo it daily. But it did have a damp musty smell as if it has not been aired out prior to me checking in.

Clean, and very friendly staff… free coffee 24hrs. Convenient location, close to base, and restaurants. Items in lobby priced very fairly.

Breakfast was not the greatest, gets a lot of road noise, rooms lack any sitting chairs other than office chair.
