Onsen Hotel and Spa

I liked that it was quiet and calm. The other guests were all adult couples.

While it was nice that breakfast was included, it was pretty spartan so we still had to leave to get food. The hotel website mentioned eggs and cottage cheese, but neither was available on the days we stayed.

The mineral hot pool

In our first room (207), the hot water did not function, the TV remote was missing (so the TV did not work) and the coffee maker was broken. Waking up to a cold shower with no coffee or news on the TV was not fun. We shared these problems with Alex at the Front Desk who offered us an alternative room (105). After moving to the new room, we discovered that there was noticeable pet hair and dust on the floor (see photos) and that the TV sound did not work. The room was later cleaned but the TV was not fixed. During our second evening, we were kept awake by a mosquito in the room. No compensation or even sympathy was offered for this disappointing experience.

Property was ok, clean, and updated.

Location was in a neighborhood. Nothing else around.

Nos cerraron la puerta del hotel y duramos más de una hora para ingresar al mismo.

Falta de comunicación y seguridad. Nos informaron que habría seguridad en la noche y que estaría pendiente de la puerta de ingreso pero no fue así.

Struttura nuova,bella camera (ci hanno fatto l’upgrade senza costi aggiuntivi!) e piscina aperta fino a tardi.

Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione perché d’estate l’orario di inizio è più tardi (alle 8 de non sbaglio,ma noi avevamo bisogno di partire prima)

Wir fühlten uns im Hotel wohl, das Zimmer war grosszügig, das Personal sehr freundlich. Alles sehr sauber. Wir persönlich nutzten den Pool zwar nicht, sah aber sehr gemütlich & sauber aus.

Die Umgebung wirkte nicht ganz so belebt.
