The rooms weren't as cold, the bartender sat night was nice but looked like she was drunk wasn't helpin other customers.

This was a perfect hotel! It is in an 10-15 minute radius for a lot of popular spots in Houston

No refrigerator in the room ruined the whole hotel stay. Ridiculous!!

It’s always a good stay but counter worker didn’t want to give us the stay voucher as he said they ran out , ask for substitute they said No, however big props for the last working over night , I went down to see if they sold a iPhone charger and she gave me hers !! I returned it the next morning!!

Love this property! Comfortable rooms with lots of amentities (free drink at the bar for each adult), great service, and a great location. Plus it's got lots of character which make for a very memorable experience. Within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants. We live in the Houston suburbs but have made a habit of staying Downtown from time to time to have some fun and this is one of our favorite places to stay. I will say that Main Street is undergoing some improvements in advance of the 2026 World Cup...so the street it's on is under lots of construction as of Fall 2025 (and probably will be for several months). We noticed this during our recent stay in late August. It wasn't an issue during past stays. If you go while there's lots of construction, it's still a great hotel and it's still close to everything...it's just that Main St. is a work in progress and take that into consideration (and make plans to come back again).

Our stay was fun because of the experience of going to a concert with one of my best friends and the convenience of the hotel to Daikin Park. Upon arriving at the hotel, there is construction directly in front of the building so the hotel sign was not clear, nor was the valet sign. So I had to call and drive around, and we had to wait about 5-10 minutes for someone to appear at Valet. Once we walked to check in, the staff was amazing! From the lady who checked us in, to the bar servers- they were all so nice and helpful! For that, I would return. However, I will advise that if you are a light sleeper this may not be the best option to stay until construction is complete, because we didn't get back to our room till 1 am, and the construction began at 4 am outside in front of the hotel.
