Staff as soon as I got to my room I had my nephew with me and they called the room saying he needed to show Id when he wasn’t even staying there! And then said he needed to go as if I didn’t just pay 100 to stay there I should b allowed to have who I want there

The location was good and suited our expectations. The staff were friendly.

Missed expected things like coffee in the lobby, an ice machine, and a hair dryer.Breakfast or at least pastries and coffee would have been nice.

No internet in my room. That's a non-starter. I won't be staying here again.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was extremely clean.

It was close to the interstate.

The Hotel stated it a non smoking hotel. However as soon as we got of the elevator on the second floor, the smell of cigarette smoke was really strong. The room itself, also had a very strong cigarette smoke smell as well.

Hallways and elevator reeked of smoke even through it is a smoke free facility. Had a reservation for a room with 2 queens but they did have that available so we got a room with a single bed. Stained sheets and towels. No breakfast, no ice machine, no kitchen utensils or cookware. Disappointing.

Nothing

The bed was as hard as a rock, there were ants in my room, people were loud, and it was too expensive for my room. I didn’t even go back my second day I got accommodations somewhere else and I didn’t even get my money back it was $95 extra dollars to cancel.

Room extremely clean.

No housewares in the rooms but they have a stove and microwave to use. No coffee maker in room
