Really clean good breakfast

No laundry service. My room was not cleaned because I didn't specifically ask for it. Mediocre breakfast.

Loved that everything was clean and looked amazing. Loved how the check-in staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great just that 1 morning there was no plates so there was small bowls only. I would definitely stay here again if needed and recommend this hotel.

The building, room and staff were nice. Air conditioner was loud and it seemed like whole building was shaking with it.

Room was nice did find a tooth pick that wasnt mine in the shower woke up at 6am to have someone listening to their stereo at full blast

This hotel was clearly new and in beautiful condition. Staff was great!

The facility is beautiful, clean and spacious.

The lady at the check in desk when we arrived and the next day was not friendly at all. We checked in around 1am Friday night (I called twice to let them know our estimated arrival time) and she was working Sunday morning when we checked out. She seemed like we were an inconvenience and had poor customer service skills. The guy that worked the counter Sat evening was exceptional. Very friendly, approachable and helpful.

The front desk personal was perfect, breakfast was ok, and food right across the highway.

Housekeeping was great the first week, but the 2nd week only saw them once. I had to keep going to the front desk for towels ,tissues, and soap. The washing machine was broken the whole time, the hot tub was out of order, the ice machine on our floor was out of order, the pool did not circulate properly ,

The front desk is awesome , and the beds are comfortable, towels are soft(when we get clean ones), and water is hot. Have to say the friendliness of the front desk is the best part of this hotel.

Have to ask for room service, hot tub is out of order, pool has weak circulation, needs more parking, breakfast is a hit and miss. TV signal glitches, wifi is poor.
