"Comfortable, clean motel in a beautiful area of the Sierras, a 7-minute drive to Grover Hot Springs."

Snack room with hot water for coffee or tea was very convenient and easily accessible. The facility was clean and hospitality was gracious.

Price for the room was a bit high because it was a holiday weekend. We would definitely come again though on a weekday when prices are more affordable.

Very comfortable bed, soft linens and towels. A vending room with all the essentials. Todd was very friendly and welcoming. Great dinner next door. Pet friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Todd was a very amicable receptionist/proprietor. He was quite a charming character! He told us about the restaurants in the area and a little about himself as well. The hotel is very basic, but it’s the only hotel in this small town. Which is fine for us—as we hate the traffic/ crowds/construction of South Lake Tahoe. It’s “glamping” without dealing with a tent!

Very nice staff and accommodating about our early check-in. Good location for our venue.

Only one bath for two BR and connected to one of the BR. Poor WiFi.
