USUSNo breakfast, but I appreciated the frig. and microwave. Coffee in the room was nice but there wasn't anywhere to sit and drink it (for two people). The door weather stripping was a little jenky in room 3.
Shower could have been cleaner - ours had pink mold, but overall everything was there and it met needs required.

Perfect spot
USCute place but a little tight in main room. I suggest putting 1 of the night stands in the 2nd bedroom as there wasn't anything to put your drink on other than the floor. I also enjoyed the smoking area and full size coffee maker.
The crowded main room/bedroom. Maybe opt for a smaller bed if you ever remodel.
USI ask for 2 beds I was expecting one room and 2 beds but I got 2 beds with they own room. Wasn't too big but love it. That would be my place to stay every time I came back to Shasta.
The carpet needs to be wash at least. And also the shower head and curtain needs replacement.
USEverything was Great. Clean, comfortable, updated bathroom. Supplied coffee, soap, shampoo. Mini fridge and microwave were great to have. Location was excellent and quiet. Far enough away from the train so it was not disturbing.
Only complaint was the Very loud AC/Heating unit.

Bathroom sink did not have a plug for the sink. Recommend adding an outlet in the bedroom and a nightstand in the corner. Had to plug my phone to charge in the outlet by the main entrance. Curtains blocked the air conditioner. Recommend shorter curtains.
USRooms are small, should be one bedroom, fold out couch in front room.
Place to set that wasn't a bed, small table and chairs.
