Manager/ staff how they were not helping out at all.

This place is cheaper than anywhere in town, and just a 5minute drive from the bars, beaches and shops, with public transport just around the corner also. Perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to simply rest your head. Basic facilities with shower, kettle, bed. And lovely scenery and greenery all around and all the space for parking.

There is nothing to like about this place whatsoever.

Absolutely filthy room infested with cockroach and spiders. Bugs crawling through the bed and the outdated biscuits and chocolates left in the room. I was in the room for not even an hour to know I wasn't sleeping here. The airconditioning unit was coated with dust. The floors and under the bed have not been vacuumed for some time. The owner was aggressive and abusive when confronted with a refund, telling me to f#@k off and taking the keys from me. His own wife is afraid of his words and actions. Wasps nests also under the desk.

Room was clean, everything worked well. Was quiet and dark in the rooms. Bed was comfortable. Room fittings are all dated but is expected as it is one of the cheaper options in airlie

The lady at the reception was really friendly and helpful.

The weekend bus service left a bit of a walk and longer waits at the stops.
