Convenient location, quiet and comfortable, friendly host.

The bathroom was quite small and an extra set of pillows and bottles of water in the room would have been great

Расположение отеля, красивый общий хол

Завтраки очень скудные и не вкусные, отель не рекомендуется для путешественников с багажом, его придется поднимать на 2-4 этаж по узкой винтовой лестнице, двери отеля открывается только персоналом, при входе нет пандуса для багажа. Внутри номера узкие кровати, в туалете очень мало места, чтобы пройти к унитазу, необходимо зайти в душ)) шкафа для одежды нет. Единственное зеркало - на окне в туалете размером 20 на 20 см. Сильная слышимость всего, что происходит в холе отеля.

Tuvimos una estadía muy agradable en este hotel. Todo estaba muy limpio y tal cual se veía en las fotos, lo cual se agradece mucho. Teníamos que irnos muy temprano y el personal tuvo el detalle de prepararnos un desayuno para llevar, algo que valoramos muchísimo. Además, todo el equipo fue súper amable y atento durante toda la estancia, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. En general, una experiencia muy positiva.

"Great Riad, great location and excellent staff"

It's a fabulous authentic riad, excellent location 2 minutes walk to the Blue gate. Easy to find from the taxi drop off without having to negotiate the rabbit warren Medina, unlike some properties....a welcome bonus. The staff are truly attentive and friendly..... Mohamed mk is exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for the room upgrade Mohammed mk. All in all it's a great place to stay, affordable and great value for money..... Travel groups stay here regularly so it must be delivering.....can't recommend it enough. 10 out of 10 👍😀

Having to leave....I stayed here for 3 nights to explore Fes before departing to explore more of northern Morocco....I returned to Fes for a final night's stay and booked the riad again

I like the staff who are very efficient, friendly and considerate. Especially their manager Sarah was very helpful. Also, Muhammad and Yaseen.

The room was too small, and the bathroom was not that great. The sink in the corner was very very small. The shower and the toilet were not separated so when you take shower, your toilet will get all wet.

旧市街地やレストラン、タクシー乗り場までのアクセスが良い スタッフが親切 内装がとても豪華

鍵が壊れてたからか閉まらなかった シャワーから出る時ドアを開けるのに苦労をした クレカ決済ができず、支払いは現金のみ
