Staff are good

Very hot , AC only provided 9pm to 6 am, the picture displayed on the booking app is different from what it looks in real. Water for shower was salty.

"Perfect for one night"

The food was really tasty, we got to pick some fresh fish, prawns and crab which were cooked for us/ made into dishes. There were multiple opportunities to wander around villages when docked.

Cash payment on arrival would have been good to know ahead of time The bed was a bit sloped - not the most comfy There were so many boats at the boarding point it was a bit tricky to find but we called and they came to meet us!

Really comfortable boat Great staff, organised making our room a twin when set up as a double itinerary was well paced Small boat, only 3 rooms so felt very personal

Organisation re payment was confusing, they told me they had sent messages which I didn't receive, almost didn't have enough cash to pay Upsell of fairly busy and not very exciting small boat trip

Our room was lovely and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. The food was great!! The trip itself along the backwaters was beautiful, particularly after passing the other house boats. AC worked well (at night only), we had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The communal areas could have been cleaner, and some things there were abit old and outdated. However we have no complaints about our room!

Uma experiência visualmente interessante. As paisagens são muito bonitas.

A descrição diz que existe a possibilidade de navegar em um barco menor pelos canais para ver o dia dia dos habitantes por um custo adicional, porém, esse passeio sequer foi oferecido. Achei os funcionários um pouco invasivos, por mais de uma vez foram bater a porta do meu quarto sem uma boa justificativa. O que é preocupante para uma mulher viajando sozinha.
