Penbedw Uchaf Estate - Rural retreats, tennis

The unit was clean and we had a great outdoor space including a tennis court. The whole outside was enclosed and perfect for our puppy to run around. There was plenty of wood for the fire and the outdoor kitchen was a nice touch. The unit overlooked the lake and the forest which was very pretty and relaxing.

I found the main bed hard to sleep on but it was fine for my husband.

Great facilities, great place for a get together. Gorgeous location, beautiful views. So much fun!! Excellent communication from the host 😁

The drive up the hill was a bit scary as it’s off road. But worth it once u get to your Yurt x

It exceeded our hopes. Such a lovely rural retreat; switched off from the world and just what we needed.

It was all good. Nothing bothered us :)

The yurt itself was lovely, it was decorated nicely, bedding was warm, plenty of space for a family of 4. Set up of seperate spaces was good and all accessible.

There wasn't an instruction manual for the shower and there wasn't any hot water available for washing your hands in the bathroom. The location wasn't as shown in pictures, the impression given was that you're right near the lake and tennis courts which we weren't at all. It would have been helpful to have been provided with a map of how to get to either POI. Fridge wasn't cold and 3 ice packs weren't enough for the cool box which had about an inch of water in the bottom. More signs for site needed from main road. Your letting states only well behaved dogs allowed and unfortunately we didn't experience this. The other visitors had 2 dogs of which 1 wasnt friendly towards other dogs and the other very large dog kept coming over to our yurt/campfire (no lead on) which scared my daughters and dog.

It was a magical experience for me and my friends. We enjoyed the peace surrounded by beautiful nature.
