We stayed in Villa 11. It was beautifully finished with a lovely pool and outside area. The inside was nicely furnished. The main pool was large and had a wonderful view out to the sea. You are right on the beach and we could use the kayak for free. Dinner was served on the beach. The food was nice and reasonably priced. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Very relaxed vibe all around. Close to Bangsal port which is why we chose it so that we could visit the Gili islands easily. Anything you needed was answered via WhatsApp very promptly. The kids loved the pool table!

The smell from the drains in our bathroom. We didn’t do any of the hotel excursions as they seemed highly priced so we organised our own. Wish there was more to see whilst snorkelling - lots of seaweed and very shallow for quite a long way out.

Exceptional staff- couldn’t be more kind- with excellent service. Stunning location right on the beach with a beautiful pool too. Wonderful restaurant serving fabulous food, including a gorgeous breakfast. Very clean and spacious villa with large balcony and huge bathroom.

WiFi was great on the beach and in the restaurant but was a little temperamental in our villa.

Amazing place to disconnect and relax. The diving school is also great. Out villa was big and clean with a private pool.

Pool and beach area were lovely

Needs updating. Golf advertised doesn’t really exist and gym is in poor shape. We were expecting luxury and fell short.

In short, everything. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The area is safe, peaceful and well kept. Incredible housekeeping. Fantastic chef and friendly waiters. Special thanks to Haril and Munir for making us feel extra welcome.
