The Jingga Villas

It was extremely relaxing and the staff were so accommodating and helped us book an incredible private snorkelling trip and we managed to go at a time when few other snorkelling boats were about which made it that much more special … and we saw a manta!! They also were extremely helpful in taking us where we needed to go - we also rented mopeds (definitely would recommend to get around) and they are a very short drive away from some really lovely restaurants. The breakfast was basic but did the job and the lunch was very nice :)

I would say maybe a bit more variety for breakfast (but the food that was available was very nice and there was always fresh fruit!

Feels like a family run business

We travelled as a family with our 2-year-old and had a wonderful stay. The pool was a great way to cool off after a hot day of exploring. The location was perfect for us—close to everything, with restaurants, cafes, and spas all within walking distance. We relied on a scooter to get around, which I’d recommend, though the road conditions around Nusa Lembongan mean you need to be fairly confident riding. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made such a fuss of our son, which he absolutely loved! They also helped arrange taxis and a scooter rental for us, which made things super convenient. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable we've had during our two-month stay in Bali. Breakfast was great, and we also had dinner at the hotel one night—delicious food!

Minor downside: The room did get quite warm at times, and the air conditioning wasn’t very powerful, so it took a while to cool things down. Also due to the location and the lovely gardens of the property there are lots of mosquitoes so be mindful of this. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again!

My first time leaving a hotel review but somebody has to be honest!! I think the overly hyped reviews can mislead many people. The pool and garden were managed properly. There were some kind staffs (but not all of them..). It's not too busy so you can enjoy the well managed pool and garden

Be prepared to give up a good night's sleep. The awful smell and the chickens crying from 2am onward made it impossible to rest. I could even smell the mold in all my clothes after leaving. The cleanliness was far below expectations, and both the lighting and shower amenities need improvement. Honestly, the recent negative reviews on Google were spot on. I regret staying here despite reading them. I feel misled by the overly positive reviews on this platform. I mean guys.. why??? Also, the location is quite isolated unless you rent a scooter. Getting anywhere costs a lot in transportation. (Lembongan has fixed rate for transportation which is hella expensive as Grab doesn't work in the island) I’d recommend staying at a proper resort or somewhere closer to the beach.

Great place to stay at Nusa Lembongan. Very friendly family, lovely food and the kids loved the pool.

Jingga Vila was beautifully presented, stunning grounds and the Vila we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful in sorting transport and made us feel.very welcome

The breakfast (which was included in the price) was average, and no real coffee available

Let's start with the good: the staff is really kind and polite. The outdoor area is well kept, clean, and quiet. Unfortunately, the room had a constant faint smell of mold, and the blankets were always damp. The road to get there is basically off-road. The breakfast is really basic. If you're a germofobe, maybe it's not the right place for you. It's a pretty affordable place, but you also get what you pay for, so don't get your hopes too high.
