The only pro about the property is it that it is very near to the famous Diamond beach. And if you plan to visit there this place serves your purpose

Starting with pests, there are lizards inside the villa, so if that is a factor you might want to stay away from the property. Also this property does not have its own restaurant, the food is bought from hotels nearby and you would have to pay for the menu. The water bottles are also highly priced. We were charged IDR 20000 for 500 mL bottle, where we have received those bottles for IDR 5000 in other places. I feel water shouldn’t be so highly charged. This property is in a secluded location, so access to any shops/grocery stores is difficult. The worst was the ACs in our room, there was minimal to 0 cooling in the rooms. We had rented 2 rooms and the conditions of the AC in both rooms were the same. Considering we were travelling when it was extremely hot, such performance from the AC units were absolutely off putting. And on telling the owner, he just told us with time the cooling might improve, which sadly it did not. I feel this maintenance should be done by the owner before the guests arrive. They have a driver who might drop you back to Nusa Penida port, but they charge really high. So I wouldn’t recommend booking a driver for a tour or drop back to port from this property. We wanted to be dropped at a location 30 mins or 10 km away from this property, and the cost given to us was IDR 350000 which is way too much, as we had paid IDR 300000 from Sanur port to Kaje cottage which is almost 30 km. So you can Compare the exorbitant pricing. The cleanliness in the bathrooms can be improved and wasn’t upto the mark. Rooms were clean and amenities were provided. All in all I would only recommend this stay if you want close proximity to Diamond beach, else you can give this property a skip if you get hotels at better pricing but 30 mins away from Diamond beach.

Beautiful scenery and close to Tree House.

We had a great time at the Kaje Cottage. Esp. the nice hospitality of Yuta and his sister was awesome. They really made our stay unforgetable and Yuta showed us even around the island :) thank you so much again for the great time!

The staff was amazing! Organised transfers and a snorkelling trip for us, everything for very fair prices! The bungalow was very charming, the a/c worked perfectly. The breakfast consists of fried rice with egg or scrambled eggs and a tropical fruit bowl, both of them were delicious. You can reach the thousand islands viewpoint/Diamond beach in ca.15min on foot. The staff can also take you there on scooters.

There was no hot water but after a hot day we found a lukewarm shower very refreshing.

Really nice Hotel near from diamond beach and lost in a beautiful nature which is great.

There's only cold water, but that's part of the charm.
