They forgot the cot we requested which was very disappointing considering we paid over £250 per night for a weekend. There was tape around a missing glass panel on the decking which should have been replaced quickly and efficiently before guests arrived having paid such a high price, it took away any warm feeling and not very nice to look at and we couldn’t take any nice photos of the hot tub because of this. The rules were extremely strict prior to arrival, I’ve never actually seen such strict rules. Made me feel on edge and like I was walking on egg shells the entire time in the cabin. The rules were longer than my leg. I felt like I had to clean the cabin top to bottom to ensure deposit was given back. Whilst I would always clean up after my family and ensure no mess is left, the rules included stripping beds, cleaning BBQs etc and I wanted a break from household chores. The BBQ was also in a bad state and could do with an upgrade. I did find the bed was uncomfortable and pretty much on the floor but it did have to be low due to the space and size of the room, I guess! Apart from this, the cabin is lovely and complex is nice, just be aware if you do book through booking.com, guest passes were going to be £120 for the weekend to use facilities which was disappointing!
