Newquay Caravan Holiday

Great price and location, food at the site was amazing. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Caravan owners were prompt with responses when corresponding. Have a wonderful getaway.

Caravan was clean and tidy, if we had any issues they was addressed straight away (only had one small problem but was outside the caravan) Owners are lovely. Lovely little welcome gift of biscuits, cider and cereal for the children 😋 Wonderful views and nice little area outside for the children to play.

Beds wasn't very comfortable we ended up making a bed on the floor in the lounge with the sofa cushions and the sofa bed mattress, the caravan didn't come with a BBQ as described. Could have really done with outdoor seating. Location isn't great everything was atleast 10-15 mins drive away so wasn't in walkable distance to anything. Free WiFi is awful with being so high up in the park and so far away from reception the Internet wouldn't connect and the TV didn't have very many channels, good dvd collection but I see why. We ended up using our hotspots on our phones for the whole week with 3 children you can imagine the bill we ran up with the weather being awful so was very restricted.

The caravan was clean, and tidy, and the place smelled fresh The beds were comfortable and warm. Nice sized living room and kitchen area, bedrooms as expected, good storage space and there were games and dvds in the caravan. Plus it had a good heating system and extra blankets. Although the. Bathroom was small it was enought space for 1 person. The basics were provided in the kitchen, cooking utensils and plates and cutlery. Had a very homey feel.

We didn't know that caravans on booking.com are privately owned caravans, so we weren't allowed access to the facilities without paying extra, which wasn't stated in the information when we booked the caravan. It was only just before we were going that we found out. A few things in the caravan were broken like a door handle and the cooker buttons, definatley needs some tlc.

Brilliant value for money. Owners were incredibly helpful. Unit was well equipped for our stay and nicely furnished so it didn't feel like a generic static home. We only used the swimming pools (lovely and warm on a cold spring day!) but the rest of the facilities looked good. Good location to for visiting lots of beautiful Cornwall.
