"Great Location Better Caravans Out There"

The location the caravan was situated in very quiet and nice views.

When we arrived the shower was leaking into the bedroom leaving the carpet in the main bedroom soaked through causing mould. We asked the owner for help and had the maintenance come to remedy the problem which at first we thought it had been solved but had to get them back the next day to fix the shower which had a crack in it causing water leaking into the room . We also asked for extra towels to help soak up the water which was causing more mould and the owner offered to bring us them and a dehumidifier but never turned with them and didn't seem interested. We also over the week felt ill with cold due to the condensation which had built up in the caravan leaving everything feeling damp and smelling musty.
