The boat was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

There is a bit of a smell from the bathroom.

The toilet did not work and was very smelly, unable to use any bathroom facilities had to use the nearby pub due to workman being there till free 7pm. The doors in the property were very badly fitted and we could not close them fully. The handle on the bathroom door came off in my hand. The kitchen cupboards smelled of cannabis, the washer & drier was full of someone else’s belongings. You needed to have the curtains closed all the time due to people walking past and looking in. This accommodation is advertised as luxurious and it certainly is not. Contacted the owner who was not helpful at all. Please think carefully before booking.

Kids loved the Batman theme.

Theme. The TV room was good, we sat watching Netflix which was good. The owner was responsive and helpful when we enquired about an iron.

The cleanliness was extremely disappointing. Surfaces were dirty, i.e. towel rail radiator had white powder all over it, and the top next to the bathroom sink had dirt on it. The floor was disgusting, we couldn't walk around barefoot or in socks as the first day I did and my brand new white socks were black before I even got out of the bedroom. The fleece on the bed had a white stain on it, (possibly paint). The cupboards were full of spare bedding and towels just rammed in. The toilet massifyer didn't appear to have been emptied as the toilet kept blocking. The bathroom sink did not drain well and overflowed if you didn't stop the tap quickly enough. There is a need for some maintenance and TLC. There was a lack of clear instructions, so it was not until the first shower we knew to switch the pump on. In the main bedroom, there was an awful continuous buzzing noise. We feel the main issue is the cleaner. When we'd handed the keys in we had breakfast in the boathouse and saw someone come collect the keys and go on to the boat. He opened up, spent about 3 minutes inside, and then sat on the top of the boat smoking. 20 minutes later he was still there smoking and singing to himself.

The location was great. 20 minute walk to the Royal Albert Dock. 20 minute walk to grocery stores. There is a pub at the Yacht club which was very useful and pleasant. The boat itself is very interesting and has a good layout for families. Really different and unique stay.

The boat was not very clean, and needs a major facelift, and repair of some areas. The couches were very uncomfortable - I wish they would update these for a better overall experience. Especially if you are staying more than a few days and not just to party.

location was good. The Marina Bar was convenient, food was good and staff were great. It was easy to check in.

The water around the boat is littered and filthy dirty. It needs to be cleaned. Some of the photos of the boat are not of the boat we stayed in, for example the bedroom is photographed as a twin but is actually a double bed with bunk above. It was ok for us but wasn’t as advertised. The bathroom is a bit grubby and also the boat in general felt dirty and tired despite being advertised as ‘newly refurbished’. We were not aware that the boat was next door to the Titanic Boat which was full of young people (approx 18yrs old) and they had loud music, partying all night. the party stopped at 8am when some of the guests left. The rest left around 10am. The policy said strictly over 27yrs and no parties. The Titanic Boat also has a capacity of 9 people and there was definitely more than 9 people that stayed on it. My family and I did not sleep AT ALL. We are very unhappy about this stay and the way this was handled. I would like a refund.
