The owner was very friendly

The bathroom was unacceptable and is a health issue. Mold and dirt on the floors which have never been cleaned. There is no hot water either which was not mentioned in the booking details. The entrance to the property is through a gate that seriously needs to be repaired

Have 3 out of 10 just for the garden ,well maintained and nice variety of plants

Dirty,rusty ,no hot/warm water ,lots of insects inside the room and bathroom,A/C not working started in the middle of the night without switching on

Nice rooms, clean and taken care off

Owner and staff not really present, meaning they will attend to your requests quickly and sufficiently for sure! They have many contacts and will deffiantely get things done but there is no general sense of vacationing, they have there life and will live it

Breakfast was well prepared however very limited in choice. No matter how late you get back someone is there to welcome you. The room is made up regularly and curtains on the bed are adjusted according to the time of day.

They try hard and it shows They look after their property The staff are amazing The pool is well kept and the beds are so well looked after and excellent condition The bed was comfortable It would be great if they could have a fridge But we used the one in the kitchen

The staff and garden area was nice.

The towels and bedding were so old and dirty. My bed sheets were covered in blood and stains. The towels were so old and gross. Its seriously time to spend some money on fabrics.. The road into the entrance is very rough. The staff and hotel itself is nice but the basics really let the place down.
