Rauhallinen sijainti järven rannalla, hyvin hoidettu piha alue. Hyvässä kunnossa olevat, siistit yhteiset tilat. Alueen koko ei liian iso, joten maalais tunnelma pääsee oikeuksiinsa. Pihasta lähtee järven ympäri kävely reitti sekä pidempi merkitty kävely reitti. Pyöräillen helposti Kaustisen kylälle.
