Checked a lot of the boxes: kitchen, separate bedroom, air conditioning, and all at an affordable price.

Didn't like the location - trains were not a problem, but right next to an industrial area and not walkable. Could have been cleaner. Bed was a bit hard for my tastes.

Clean and well maintained

The location is right beside busy used rail road tracks that go throughout the night. It was very noisy and bed shook with each train that passed. This should be mentioned. then I wouldn't have booked it! Mattresses were placed on wooden plates, made mattress hard and uncomfortable. This is so outdated. Overpriced for the quality and location

Also on bed were older blankets over sheets. Overpriced for the quality and location

Price was great, very clean and well-maintained, also nice to have a private cabin. A lot of space for an enjoyable stay.

More of something to be aware of: directly next to a busy train corridor. Multiple trains throughout the evening and night. Not the worst, as I happen to like trains and can sleep through them; but I was told from my family members that it was not their cup of tea.
