"Evening gentleman was friendly and nice but morning lady was very non professional"

The room is good.

It's just that the staff weren't accommodating. No smiles at all. The old lady who worked in the morning today was rude! I just asked if I could warm up my food, which had eggs, bacon, and hash browns. And she made faces, which was so rude. She could have said it in a nicer way, though.
