Location easy to find and access. Well maintained facility, very clean and nicely equipped room. Staff welcoming and friendly. Excellent value!!

The place was clean and convenient. It had a comfortable bed and a kitchenette. All very good for the price.

A man knocked on, and opened the door to my room at 9 am to ask if I was going to be checking out on time, checkout was 11am!. I was getting ready to leave and not yet dressed. I strongly feel that he could have waited until checkout to ask that question, or called me! It made me feel very unsafe! Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

I don't like the big pillows. I should have brought my pillow.. Every hotel and motel are the same, huge pillows.I should have asked if you had any flatter pillow.I

Ein Zimmer war als Nichtraucher ausgewiesen obwohl es nach Rauch gerochen hat. Bettdecken hatten Flecken.

Very clean, the room was large and thoughtfully equipped with everything one needs. The towels were good quality, much better than those at the BW+ we were in the previous night. Good mattresses and quiet neighborhood made for a great sleep. The on site restaurant is convenient and food was good.

The exterior appearance was a bit daunting but turned out it was nothing to worry about.

I am very impressed with the Riverside Motel. Mr Dhillion bought this motel 6 years ago and totally renovated it. The suites have fridge, stove, microwave, hot plate and the toiletries are full size bottles not the tiny one use bottles. The rates are less than $100 for a suite in Medicine Hat and they are spacious, clean and awaiting you when open the room is a note welcoming you and stating there is bottled water in the fridge a caramels on the counter. Mr Dhillion is a very personable person and we chatted for about a 1/2 hour when I arrived. I highly recommend the Riverside Motel for your stay in Medicine Hat.

Be forewarned. Smart tv no cable and no coffee in the room. But worth the stay!
