Johnstown Motel

What a great little motel! Yes it's older, but the rooms are clean and well appointed. The grounds by the river are well kept and immaculate. Very peaceful, picturesque.

A Canadian motel without complimentary in-room tea? Unthinkable! Front entrance to the motel could use some attention, sign is bent backwards, the pool needs to be cleaned and closed up, the out buildings either neatened up or removed. Takes away from an otherwise pleasant motel.

The location next to the river, beautiful view. The rooms are charmingly old-fashioned.

The host is not very fond of credit card payments, due to the fees that credit card companies charge. He prefers cash.

- L'accueil de la propriétaire qui veut s'assurer que tout est ok - un lit King confortable / frigo et micro ondes/ air climatisé - tout est très propre - près de la rive et vue sur l'eau avec grand terrain

- Piscine non accessible - site a un peu besoin d'amour, ouvert il y a 50 ans, mais cela n'empêche pas de s'y promener en sécurité

La ubicación, la limpieza y que, pese a que es antiguo, tiene todas las comodidades, además está súper limpio. Desayunamos fuera y las vistas eran espectaculares.

Que ya no funcione la piscina...
