Aunque no está en el centro está súper bien comunicado, tiene supermercado, panadería y restaurantes muy cerquita, también pasa el transporte publico...en cuanto a las instalaciones los lugares comunes son muy amplios e iluminados, el patio con la piscina y la cocina comunitaria te permite cocinar y pasar tiempo relajado en caso de no tener ganas de salir. Los huéspedes son agradables, respetuosos y los dueños muy hospitalarios. No hay ruidos exajerados. La cama no es extremadamente cómoda pero esta muy bien

Cerca de la droguería, supermercado y la playa, Porto da barra y de la mejor playa de Búzios,, Manguiños(para mi). Todos los días hacen aseo. La Terraza es grande y la pileta precisa.
