O quarto e muito limpo e confortável!!!

No quarto ao lado entrou um hóspede por volta das 10 horas da noite..... ligou o som a todo volume quando foi 1 horas da manhã pedimos a recepção para falar com ele para baixar. Nao fizeram nada as 1:50 ligamos novamente e nada... as 2:40 ligamos de novo e pedimos para a gerência tomar uma atitude e NADA ..... saímos as 8 horas da manhã e som do quarto ao lado continuava ligado... Nao ofereceram um quarto mais afastado, não pediram o hóspede para baixar o som.... nada foi feito.... eu tenho consciência que e um motel e que ninguém vai para dormir.... mais um pouco de respeito ao outro não e pedir muito....
