Please note that the following room types are located on upper-level floors: Junior Suite with Garden View, Deluxe Queen Room, Studio with Sea View, Studio with Garden View and Deluxe Suite with Sea View. Please note that Baywatch Manor Augusta does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. Children are welcome, but are not permitted to stay in dormitory rooms. Children aged 17 need a letter from a parent or legal guardian to stay in dormitory rooms. Children aged 16 years and below must be accompanied by an adult over 21 in all private rooms.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "The property felt like a home, it was warm and inviting."

The property was wonderful with lots of common areas to share: living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen was big, with a commercial stove top and we could store our food in a refrigerator. It was nice meeting others who were cooking their meals. The shared bathrooms were very clean. The property also had a yard that we could use.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was great. The staff were helpful. It was good value for the price.

The bedroom didn’t have enough space for luggage. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough to prevent the shower water from wetting the bathroom floor. The small room fridge was loud.

Self-check in, clean room and shared facilities, very comfortable bed! The rooms were very cosy and good value for money. The whole place was so welcoming, quiet and peaceful! Would highly recommend and will love to come back and stay again :)

The location was great and the onsite manager friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

External stairs to our room and It was a tight fit in the room with our luggage.

Bay Watch Retreat feels like an upscale back-packers hostel. The room was very small with no room for a chair or sofa facing the TV. The absence of an ensuite toilet was a surprise. I gather that there are some rooms with an ensuite, but I believe that they are upstairs and not every senior can manage stairs. Frankly, if we'd been aware of these features, we probably would have booked somewhere else. That said, the interior decor was so very beautifully done and the shared kitchen was well stocked with equipment and functional. Full marks for that.
