Staff were exceptional

Room 19 smelt like stale beer. Had to go buy some air freshener. In room 19 can hear the trucks going past (rooms at other end wouldn’t hear them) for most of the night, so very little sleep

The shower constantly ran There was a dirty towel left hanging in the bathroom There was a container with food in it left in the microwave
