"The facility was misrepresented and we lost our money."

When we arrived the place was locked up with a for sale sign outside. Nobody was there and the buildings appeared to be in bad condition. We had to find alternative accommodation. When we had wifi access we discovered a message that the key was under the mat. They had not attempted to phone us. They took our money and refused to refund.

Location of property was good. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The park next door was a nice relaxing spot.
