Driving into the property, the outside looks fairly ordinary 2/5, a bit of a dump, thought I'd made a mistake, but when I opened the door to my room I was very pleasantly surprised to see how nice it was - 4/5. If I owned the motel I would invest and tidy up the outside of the motel.

The layout of the room.

The stairs, it was hard to climb with baggage and a young child. Also the car park is very small and you have to park a fair way from the room.
