"On this occation not good as the fridge was not working."

The Bed was comfortable and the shower worked

The Fridge was broken and my medication was ruined. I then had to travel 2000 Kilometers with no medication.

"Great location to town centre , good spacious room, but news linen and bedding refresh and new mattresses, and a thoroug"

The room was split into two rooms which was good for kids having their own area. The shower had great pressure.

It was a bit old and out dated, needs a freshen up and we didn’t like that you couldn’t open any windows. The bed was really low and hard and you could feel the springs in the mattress and the sheets had yellow stains on them and the bed spread had stains and marks all over it, like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. One end of the shower had a heap of dust, fluff and old pubic hair in a pile. Room was serviced but only provided two towels and none for the kids (staying) as a family of four, went to reception multiple times in the morning to try and get towels for the kids to have a shower before leaving but reception was not open before 900 on the Sunday, even though office was meant to be open by 8am
