Location friendly staff.

The bed was comfortable and shower was good

Room looked nothing like the website pics, was tiny, bathroom very cramped, and the floor boards were in poor condition and old

Location close to beach, club and shops.

We were moved from an upstairs room to a lower one as the Manager thought it would suit us better. The room was tight for space especially the toilet area and was showing its age (floor surface and plumbing). We didn't think it related to the on-line photos very well or other reviews that we had read on this motel.

Proximity to shops restaurants and beaches

Very old and outdated. Like stepping back to the 60’s.

Good location. Room had good WiFi and a smart tv. Evans Head is a nice little town.

Room was shabby. Bathroom was dilapidated, the floor tiles lifted when we walked on them . Hot water took ages to come through wasting litres of water. Had microwave but no cooking equipment apart from one tiny glass bowl. Had to wash up in the tiny bathroom sink as no washing up bowl. Floor was dirty, I threw away my slippers after two nights. Bed had a blanket which I hope was washed between guests!! Tablecloth was stained and had breadcrumbs on it when we arrived.
