Mount View Motel

Location. Stayed several times before with no issues. Old, quaint but ok for basic overnight stay.

No hot water for shower. No apologies when reported at the office. Quite the opposite, not concerned. We won't be back and no longer recommend this motel.

Not too far off the Highway on our way home from Byron Bay

It was fine

The staff were relaxed, very friendly and showed a genuine desire to make us "feel at home". Although the room was small there was a sensible use of this space and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a simple, bargain priced,fish and chips dinner in the cafe' attached to the motel, and the free breakfast was much appriciated.

This little budget motel is a little gem. Clean comfortable rooms. Staff that made you feel welcome and went out of their way to send back something I left in the room. So handy walking distance town. Free continental breakfast is a lovely bonus

We were worried about the domestic situation outside our room and felt unsafe. Worried the car may not be the same in morning. Booked hotel by mistake and learnt you get what you pay for . My error

Location

The floors were quite dirty and there were cockroaches crawling around . None of the furniture has been moved for a while-I did (unfortunately) and there was weeks or months worth of dust and dirt .

Cleanliness and value. Staff excellent.
