We brought our own as we had kitchen conveniences.

The sofa bed was a very worn, uncomfortable seat for general sitting or watching TV. As we are seniors, we needed a more comfortable and serviceable arnchair.

The location and it was good value for money.

Nothing.

Great location, friendly, carpark available, comfortable room, upstairs and downstairs available. If you have any mobility issues please book downstairs as the stairs are quite steep.

The stay was pleasant I have no negative comments.

The ease of where my room was located to the car park. The amount of tea, coffee and sugar left in the room. The sofa was comfortable. The tv was an excellent size, and I liked how I could swivel it so I could watch it in bed. Checking in was so easy.

Not the Sonbern's fault, but just before 11pm there was a planned electricity outage which happened very suddenly and without notice. It meant my room was in total darkness till just before 6am. It was quite unsettling. Also, the mattress was very firm, and was quite uncomfortable. The cleaner also arrived at my door at 9.30am, with check-out being 10am. I apologised to her for still being there, but I didn't need to because I actually had 30 minutes left to be there. She went to another room and when I left just before 10am she then did my room.

Good location. beautiful heritage building. but rooms are furnishings are very dated.
