Location was great room for parking and it was quiet

Very helpful and kind staff. Comfy bed. Convenient off-street parking. The extra towels were appreciated.

We had to ask for coat hangers as there were none. It was difficult to self cater: we had to ask for detergent to wash our dishes, and there were no microwave dishes to use for heating food in the microwave. We also had to carry the ironing board to the laundry to use the iron. The lighting in the room was quite poor, so reading at night was difficult.

Wifi would not connect to internet. Similarly streaming service on TV wouldn't connect. Sink tap only provided cold water. Room had a musty smell.

Management was fantastic very friendly and accommodating, good value for your money in walking distance to hotels, beach, shops and playground if you have children

The free Wi-Fi didn't work all week

Staff were excelled in communication, informative, smiles and helpfulness inside the hotel and outside- ie, whats around, cost effective stores/travel etc. Very comfy bed. Microwave, fridge, kettle and amenities. Surprisingly the old/vintage style carpet was taken care of and cool to see. Almost The Shining vibes but it was really interesting and part of a different experience. Neat and convenient courtyard too.

I had a balcony room as I requested/paid for, not to much to dislike about it. PEople would walk by yelling and intoxicated, but it never lasted long. Just people enjoying their wkend and thats ok.

Didn't like staying upstairs.
