Needed maintenance. Pool needed a clean, mirror light in bathroom not working, etc

Nice quiet location. Good value for money

Clean sheets and room.

Air conditioning didn't cool the room despite all the controls saying otherwise. SPA pool water appeared frothy and dirty. Bins outside the room were full with ants crawling over them.

The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable - had two QS beds to choose from, Everything very clean and nicely presented and suited us perfectly for an overnight stay. The night was very cold but heating worked well and place ended up cosy and warm. It was quite cute to see a large kangaroo hop past the unit, Quite unexpected really.

It would have been so good to come into a warm room, it was VERY cold to start with and perhaps turning on the heating a short time before our arrival would have been so nice.

The location was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioned room was cosy.

The pool needed to be filtered and the bbq area was not clean. We were unable to use those facilities as they had not been cleaned from the previous use from other guests in previous days.

The room was clean modern and comfortable. Loved that there was a pool and spa on site.

The pool was not clean enough to put your head under the water… we only used it because we were there on 40+ degree days. The pool walls were grimy and there was no automatic pool cleaner in sight to clean the dirt and muck off the bottom. Unfortunately the spa was too dirty and unusable.

We arrived late and didn’t see any staff but the beds were so comfortable we slept like logs. The room smelt fresh and not stuffy. The sliding door to outside was fantastic

Great hotel we changed at the last minute because of an air-conditioner that didn’t work at the Kingswood hotel and the staff are more than willing to accommodate. The air-conditioner was great and nice clean apartment with a beautiful pool.
