Have to pick up key from different premises without prior notification ❎ Booked for two then find: 2 cups ✔️ 1 small plate ❎ 1 knife, fork, spoon ❎ Electric jug rust and flaking plastic inside ❎ Dusty skirting boards all round ❎ Stained old carpet - travellers fault but not removed. No top sheet on bed❎
