"Location is good as a base for day tripping"

The location is good

The property is old and not well maintained. The bathroom has no shelvings where to put toiletries. The bathroom basin did not drain properly and dusk everywhere particularly underneath the bed.

Room was clean. Staff very friendly.

There were 2 ironing boards, one of which was broken and very dangerous with metal bars sticking out I had to remove it to get the working one out. The pillows were FLAT and not at all comfortable. We booked months ahead for 3 people but the single bed had a sleeping bag thrown over it, not even a proper donna or bedspread.

Good vale for money. Good location. No noise at night even though we were not far from bistro area.

A bit difficult to find the Reception.
