The check in was easy and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are located at the back of the hotel which is in a very dodgy area, and the whole scene is like a bad horror movie. The carpark area is very old, and dirty and the rooms have very little air flow or light and it felt like being a prison cell with noisy inmates next door. Other guests came and went throughout the night, keeping me awake along with one other guest in the room next door coughing and vomiting for hours. I didn't sleep at all after a long 6 hour drive that's all I wanted to do. I felt unsafe and kept checking on my car to see if it was still outside my room. That's how bad it was.

Absolutely nothing

It was disgusting. We arrived and there was black mould on the roof, staining on the sheets, mould in the bathroom and cobwebs everywhere. We walked in and walked out. I requested a refund with the guy that was on, he was nice at the time but it was clear now he just wanted to tell me what I needed to hear to get us out of there without a scene. I was told just process a refund request through booking.com and it’ll be approved within 24 hours and money would be returned. It’s been 13 days, I’ve been messaging this company constantly requesting communication and where the refund is, absolutely no help or guidance. Disgusting.
